I work nights so tags can come at odd hours. Depending on how crazy work is/how tired I am — 1-2 or more times a day (if I can wake up early enough), more on the weekends. At most I can take a few days to reply if I'm really busy, but I generally do a PSA on plurk to let ppl know. If I forget to tag something feel free to poke me!
RP Style: Action-spam or prose? Either/or. I lean towards prose but I'm not afraid of action-spam! It depends on what the situation calls for. I tl;dr early and often though.
Backtagging: Do you backtag or do you prefer "boomerang"-style RPing?
Both! I can get in the mood to boomerang (usually during weekend nights CST time) but during busier times I have to backtag like nobody's business.
RP preferences: Do you like to plot threads out or simply improvise as the scene unfolds? Same goes for anything porny.
I like plotting things out if it's meaningful, otherwise I'm fine letting things unfold naturally. Porn-wise, I like to be informed ahead of time about kinks that your character has. I aim to please though so please tell me if you want to plot something out! I'm all for it. ;3

THE GEN SECTION
Type of CR desired: This is a guy who was an easy target for bullies who wanted to get to his far more capable (skill-wise) senpai, Jin. Never had any friends and was constantly trying to please just to get anyone to like him. Turned him into a big fat bitter jerk who just wants to stand on his own without living in another's shadow. Somebody notice how great he is damnit! He's already got negative CR and is likely to have much, much more so I'm all for that. This guy loves to spar and if you like swords he's down with that. Also pretty damn superstitious and presumes much more than he should so he'll be quick to judge a person even if his intuition hasn't failed him just yet (his perception of people is more on an emotional level).
Future Plans: My goal for him is really to try to get him to move on from his past. He's incredibly crippled by it that it makes moving forward difficult. He's lived a mostly isolated life in a dojo full of boys who hate him, with a master who was killed by his 'brother', and spent his last days on the road alone. He needs a friend, like a real one. Not someone he idealizes or anything like that, just someone he can be comfortable with, as he hasn't NOT been on the edge since very early childhood. Other daily habits: Takes a bath as often as he can, which means daily if possible. Also if he can afford it drinks his tea a lot and enjoys peaches. As far as quirks go Yukimaru has a 'I'm not like the others' personality, and is a bit of a fraud who puts on airs for people he doesn't know. His mask comes off easily when he's put in a tight spot or he knows he has nowhere else to run.
